The client required urgent support to scale multiple technical recruitment processes simultaneously while operating within strict government governance, compliance requirements, recruitment frameworks, and internal systems. Following project commencement, requirements increased significantly, creating pressure to rapidly mobilise and deliver within a compressed timeframe.

Within a two-week ramp-up period, we delivered an end-to-end recruitment solution encompassing sourcing, screening, panel interview coordination, interview facilitation and scribing, reference checking, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. This included coordinating 100+ panel interviews and completing almost 100 reference checks to support informed hiring decisions.
